At Echo Envy, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

What is your Return or Exchange Policy?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with labels and protective stickers intact.
  • The size of the product received does not match the size ordered.

How Do I Apply for a Return?

To initiate a return, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at support@echoenvy.com or calling us at 0307 5518629. At Echo Envy, we review each return or exchange request individually to ensure fairness to both parties.

For defective, faulty, or damaged items, please email photographic evidence of the issue to support@echoenvy.com within 14 days of receipt. Once verified, we will send a replacement. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and a flat shipping fee of Rs. 400 will apply for reshipment of the replacement item.

When Will My Return Be Processed?

We strive to process returns within 5-7 working days upon receipt of the returned item. During peak sales periods, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.

What is Your Size Exchange Policy?

If the size you ordered doesn’t fit and you’d like to exchange it, please contact us via email at support@echoenvy.com within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers attached.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, if an exchange or resolution is not possible, we may offer a refund in the form of store credit. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.

Returns for Sale & Discounted Items

Exchanges for items purchased during a sale or at a discount are only applicable if there was an error in the order, such as receiving the wrong product.

Scenarios Where Returns or Exchanges Are Not Supported

There are certain situations where we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • Requests made outside the 14-day window.
  • Products that have been used or damaged due to wear.
  • Products that have been tampered with or altered.
